Filets are of a really good quality, very flavorful and even somewhat lean. I’d compare to a prime lean cut from your local butcher.

Meat is delicious. Used some of the ground beef for a meatloaf. The fat ratio was perfect for flavor without shrinkage and excess melted fat. Will be ordering more.

The filets were like butter. Supreme quality and impeccable flavor. I’m hooked.
